As I headed to the Labyrinth for my after lunch walk, I was greeted by FOUR cows. Boy, was I surprised! We don't own cows and neither do our neighbors. There are steers...boy cows...down the road, but no girl cows.
I called our friendly Sheriff to see if anyone had reported missing cows. They hadn't...so I figured they must belong to the Amish.
Just after the Sheriff pulled in, an Amish teen came across our field to claim his cows.
Our Amish friend needed reinforcements.
So...
The Sheriff drove to their farm to get them.
Off they went...herding the cows back home.
I hope the gentle animals enjoyed their adventure...
I know I did!
