A Hittyville Council Meeting

The Hittyville Council is celebrating the addition of their brand new member.

Miss Hitty explains because the Millers are building their homestead in Hittyville Acres, Vicki will become the Mayor of that Borough. The former Mayor, Rupert Merry, resigned his position due to frequent travels to England.
Anna Harland has agreed to take Vicki's old Mayoral post in HIttyville Township.

Anna and Vicki are thrilled to be serving their Hittyville Friends.

After the refreshments...
Vicki has been working with all the Hittyville Friends to design a Hittyville Flag incorporating each Borough.

Vicki explains the green stripe represents the Gnome Forest of Hittyville Village.
The yellow stripe represents Hittyville Meadow, home of Lewis, who loves ALL things YELLOW.
The white stripe is in honor of the Hittyville Woolies, the famous sheep raised only in Little Scotland which is located in Hittyville Hills.
The orange stripe is a tribute to the Hittyville Pumpkins grown by the Scarecrow Family in Hittyville Acres.
Last, but not least, the blue stripe represents the Happy River which flows through Hittyville Township.
The heart unites all of Hittyville...

Vicki would like the Council's approval to put the Hittyville Flag on the ballot for next week's elections.

The Council enthusiastically approves the motion...and they ALL love the Flag!

Miss Hitty declares the motion carried and will make sure the Hittyville Friends get an opportunity to vote on the first Hittyville Flag which includes all five of their Boroughs!

~It was a wonderful meeting of the Hittyville Community Council~
