The Hittyville Queen Mystery

Captain Harlan is doing a check on all the ship's equipment in readiness for the First Cruise scheduled for next week.
Oh no!  The paddle wheel sounds like it is stuck!

Sure enough, someone jammed the wheel!

Captain Harlan decides it is time to get some help.  This is the third incident in as many days.

 At Nancy's homestead...
Nancy wonders why Tim McGee wants to see her today.  She sure hopes he will be paying a social call.  Nancy thinks Tim is the smartest and most handsome young man she has ever met.

A bit later...
Nancy has the feeling this is NOT a social call.

Tim explains The Hittyville Queen has been sabotaged and he would appreciate her detective skills in solving
this case.

A short while later onboard The Hittyville Queen...
Captain Harlan is beside himself with worry.  Two days ago, several of the ship's steps were tampered with.  Yesterday, the ropes to the gangplank had been cut, and now...the paddle wheel is jammed!
The Captain believes the Pirates are behind these serious pranks because they are unwilling to share the Seas surrounding Hittyville.
He hopes PCIS can stop the culprits!

Although Tim agrees the Pirates are probably responsible for the vandalism, they must further investigate and collect evidence to charge them with the crimes.
He will take the jam poles to Abby's Lab for fingerprints, etc.

Nancy will check in with Sheriff Andy and find out if he has any ideas or has heard any Pirate "rumors".

At Abby's Lab...
Abby is determined to help find whoever is responsible for tampering with the ship.  She is planning on taking the First Cruise and has been looking forward to it for months.

At the Hittyville Jail...
Nancy relays what has been happening to The Hittyville Queen and wonders if Sheriff Andy has any idea who may be behind the incidents.

Because it is lunchtime, Sheriff Andy suggests they discuss this matter at the River Cafe...his treat.

Nancy agrees to join her former fiance for lunch.  After all, no one else extended her an invitation!
