Back in the late 50's I fell in love with the Happy Hollisters. The cover art and many illustrations from these wonderful books stole my heart and today, I own the entire collection of The Happy Hollisters series.
Why I didn't have Paulette make these characters for me in doll form is beyond my comprehension!
The talented illustrator, Helen S. Hamilton, just celebrated her 93rd birthday and is now creating weaving pieces.
I absolutely LOVE that art is something we can do forever and always...
