I know Shake 'n Bake chicken doesn't sound very exciting, but with couscous, a green salad, a bowl of fruit, and a roll...YUM!
Have I mentioned the $$$ we are saving by eating at home???
Joe really appreciates having more evening time on the farm, which is important because he has such a long commute each day.
I never thought I would see the day when I would rather eat at home than out at a restaurant...at least during the week!
