The Hittyville Queen Mystery is Still a Mystery

Johnny Sparrow has some important information to share with Special Agent Tim McGee.  Johnny is still working undercover, so a quick meeting in public is all he can manage.

Johnny's sources have informed him some Pirates may be trying to stowaway onboard The Hittyville Queen so they can be part of the First Cruise.
It makes no sense to Johnny, but his sources are usually pretty reliable.
The dry run for getting onboard and finding the stowaway spot is set for later today, during the dinner hour.

Tim suggests they meet back here in an hour and he will return with Sheriff Andy to hopefully make an arrest.

 Later...
Philippe has again offered his boat to help the Sheriff.

Sheriff Andy executes the plan.
Nancy Drew is onboard waiting to assist him with capturing the Pirate.
Tim will stay with Philippe to move in on the Pirate's boat to stop any kind of getaway.
When Johnny sees any unusual activity, he will make the call of a seagull...three times.
And then Johnny needs to get out of the area as soon as possible.

 A half-hour later...
Johnny spies a small motorboat with two Pirates he recognizes as Gunpowder Gertie and Pugwash.
He makes the call...three times as instructed.

The climbing rope is secure and Gunpowder Gertie is ready for her assignment.

After she finds the perfect stowaway spot, Gunpowder Gertie will wait for Pugwash to pick her up...at midnight.

Up she goes.

Gunpowder Gertie throws the rope back down to Pugwash and is ready to complete her mission.

And then...
Sheriff Andy places Gunpowder Gertie under arrest for unlawful trespassing.

Special Agent McGee advises Pugwash of his rights as he gets ready to place the Pirate under arrest for aiding and abetting an unlawful activity.

Later at the PCIS Headquarters...
Sheriff Andy and Nancy Drew wonder why Madame Z's picture is back on the Person of Interest Board.

Abby announces the fingerprints she found on the jam poles belonged to Madame Z's main Pirate Associate, Bluebeard.
There is obviously more to this incident than they all originally thought.

Sheriff Andy believed the captured Pirates when they told him they had no idea whose orders they were following.  Even Gunpowder Gertie and Pugwash thought it was strange they had to vandalize the ship, when their main job was to find a secret hiding place.  It makes sense to Sheriff Andy now.  It sounds like the way Madame Z operates...always trying to confuse the police.
Now what is her interest in The Hittyville Queen?
Everyone will have to keep their eyes and ears open.

Onboard The Hittyville Queen...
Nancy and Sheriff Andy explain to Captain Harlan the vandalism should stop, now that the Pirates are in custody.

Nancy wonders if Captain Harlan might invest in some kind of security system.

The Captain always thought Spot was a good watchdog, but realizes he is just a hound interested in Chef Henri's leftovers.
He will definitely find a couple of good guard dogs!

~Not quite the end of our story~
