Poppy and Her Paris Adventure

This weekend, Poppy covered letters C, D, and E for her Paris Alphabet Book.
Poppy's French grandparents took her to visit the Champs-Elysees for the Letter C...also known as the most beautiful avenue in the world.
Many exclusive shops and cafes line the busy avenue which has a view of the Arc de Triomph!
The Champs-Elysees also hosts many parades and celebrations in the grand city of Paris.

Later...
Poppy decided her D Letter would be for the famous Musee de la Poupee, which is a doll museum!
This private museum is home to 500 French dolls from the year 1800 to the present.  The amazing dolls are displayed according to time periods and are posed in settings consistent with each era.

Poppy LOVES the school setting and has decided D is her favorite Letter Page...so far!

The next day...
Becassine's grandfather used to run a newspaper stand on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower...which Poppy, of course, selected for her E Page!
The Eiffel Tower was constructed for the 1889 World's Fair and has remained one of the top tourist attractions in the world all these years!

Poppy has totally fallen in love with Paris and wonders how she will ever be able to return to Hittyville!

~To be continued~
