Hitty Rose has been looking for Lewis all afternoon. They were supposed to meet for lunch and go for a boat ride.
Lewis apologizes to his Friend, but something VERY important was brought to his attention by his British Friend, Miles. Miles emailed Lewis that today is Dandelion Day and also sent a picture of himself surrounded by YELLOW dandelions. If today is Dandelion Day, Lewis wonders where ALL the dandelions are!
Hitty Rose suggests it may only be Dandelion Day in England...Hittyville and England don't share every holiday.
Later...
After another 2 hours of searching for dandelions, Lewis has to admit Hitty Rose might be right about Dandelion Day being celebrated only in England today.
Lewis decides to be happy with his YELLOW leaf and declares today YELLOW Leaf Day in Hittyville!

Oh poor Lewis, Miles is so sad that Lewis couldn't find any dandelions...he doesn't know why they shouldn't be flowering in Hittyville and thinks it is such a shame...mind you I am not sure they should be flowering here at this time of year! Yellow leaf day sounds pretty good to Miles!
